2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at registration. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. 365cuci reserves the right to close accounts where false information has been provided.
2.4 Geographic Restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 365cuci platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 365cuci makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 365cuci login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
3.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 365cuci immediately via official support channels.
3.3 365cuci will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication method. Any communication purporting to be from 365cuci that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
3.4 We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 365cuci employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet and accept no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the 365cuci platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 365cuci accepts no responsibility for currency conversion losses incurred by members using accounts or payment methods denominated in currencies other than MYR.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 365cuci currently supports Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. Accepted methods are subject to change without notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits into the same account. Funds deposited via Touch 'n Go eWallet, for example, may only be withdrawn to the same Touch 'n Go eWallet account.
4.4 Identity Verification (KYC). Before processing any withdrawal request, 365cuci may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting copies of government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the withdrawal request being suspended pending documentation.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 365cuci is obligated to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to investigate the source of funds and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.

6.2 365cuci reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to technical error, human error, or data feed failure.
6.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of 365cuci's trading team shall be final and binding, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.
6.4 Live betting odds are subject to change in real time. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, the odds at acceptance are locked and cannot be altered.

9.2 365cuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if 365cuci has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 365cuci's total liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the aggregate amount of deposits made to your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the member's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any outstanding obligations.
11.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting 365cuci support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Real-money balances at the time of closure will be returned after applicable verification.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations under the jurisdiction in which 365cuci holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies under that jurisdiction.
